Dead Eye - The brain using its fuller capacity, with his Dead Eye ability switched on, he's able to sense and perceive the world at a greatly increased rate. In Silvio's perspective, the world will seem as though it has slowed down, and he's able to see things and react more quickly than those without the agility ability. The safe time frame that he is able to slow the world around him is only 1 second in real time- which elongates to 10 seconds in dead eye perspective. Any longer and he'll feel much physical fatigue as well as a ringing in his ears. If longer than 10 seconds of real time slow down, he suffers from the risk of heart attack due to over exposure to physical movement beyond what the body should normally be able to withstand.

Contact Electrification - [link] Using his agility to accelerate the speed at which his leather gloves (leather which is strongly positively charged) strikes a surface, he causes the adhesion and separation of electrons between the two surfaces with enough imbalance of electrons to cause a great amount of static electricity. While static electricity is useless in most everyday cases, the large amounts that Silvio can amount thanks to increased acceleration and friction can cause significant damage to electronics as well as humans. However he's unable to control or direct triboelectrostatic energy unless he uses his copper coins, which conducts and holds his static long enough to be projected outwards towards a target. He knows there are other methods of using Triboelectostatic energy, but the risks of getting killed by accidental electrocution (human skin being an even higher positively charged surface than leather) or causing a combustion (the air we breathe having the most positively charged ions as well as flammable dust particles) holds him back from further experimentation.

+Personality:
Cultured - He is an extremely cultured man, high cultured. He loves to dress nicely and show his best manners during situations that require him to do so. He enjoys classical music, fine arts, classical studies, operas, philosophy as well as many other aesthetically pleasing things. He can be very obsessive over finding these material goods if he lacks them for long periods of time. Because of his love for the arts, literature, film etc- he'll often adopt a very melodic or poetic manner of speech, quoting frequently from famous spokesmen or even from a popular tv show.

Task-oriented - He likes to get his job done, and enjoys getting them done. Often times he will gain a kind of megalomania satisfaction from being able to finish a more complicated task, but even reaching the small goals makes him feel elated. He feels this same satisfaction from completing missions that delve into all areas on the ethical spectrum. On the flip-side, when he finds something in his way that bars him from obtaining his goals, he will almost "break" from frustration. If he does not have a task to complete, if there is no goal to pursue, he'll often seem robotic and bleak in attitude, looking for something to fulfill his need to be productive.

Distant/Slightly enigmatic - He never makes his motivations clear due to his longstanding belief that others will usually hinder him, unless they offer some importance to finishing his tasks. Even then, he won't offer to tell you what he needs bluntly and reveal his true intentions, instead using his influence of words, you can find yourself caught in his plans without even realizing it. Though he is extremely emotionally intelligent, able to pick out the atmosphere of a situation- he lacks the necessary empathy to connect with people honestly.

Affable - Superficially or when social norms requires it (which is most times) he is extremely sociable and amicable. Though he will often sound flowery in his speech, overall, past the weirdness, he's good at holding long conversations. Always seemingly kindhearted and approachable- feigned or not, he never goes out of his way to insult people. Surprisingly he's never afraid to give and receive affections, even if they are more of an act for him. Though he lacks empathy, the ability to share/fully understand the emotions of others, he takes a very logical/arithmetic approach to emotions- studying facial cues and body language to identify the type of emotion and finding the right one to reciprocate it from long hours of interpersonal human studies. This thought process has been so ingrained within his mind that he is able to show or give the perfect "emotions" almost naturally- though he does tend to slip up sometimes.

Explosive/Fragile - As you can tell- his psyche is on very fragile grounds. He guards himself well, however his "slip ups" are something to be seen and experienced- as it's kind of difficult to describe how it... Looks.

+History:

Not much was ever known about his own parents. No, not that they never lived with him- not that they passed away or abandoned him on the side of road, (which might not have been too much of an alternative) they simply didn't think it was important to share the nature of their work or their personal lives to Silvio, their only son and heir of their multi-corporation business... whatever it was that they did. Ironically despite his parent's emotional detachment towards him, he grew up with plenty of typical agonizing attachment in the form of expectations, not unlike the ones many of his fellow over-privileged rich kid peers received.

Oh, and his personal favorite,

Silvio was never sure when it all started that he began to completely become unaffected emotionally by his parent's constant badgering, or maybe he was just born the way he was- uncaring. Almost...heartless. But eventually he came to find a strange joy in watching his parents
faces contort with shock, speechless as he managed to successfully exceed their expectations in everything they wanted of him. He never did the things he did because of a satisfaction he gained from their rare compliments and encouragements- but rather, his satisfaction came from knowing he had finished and succeeded- that feeling of superiority. He could care less if it was his parents giving him a task or job to finish, or if it was a rival corporation egging him to take a job against his own parents, calling it a "challenge"- to which in fact he took, delightedly. Not that his parents would ever find out.

This "challenge" would take him to the Jewel District- more specifically the Reathe household (household being the understatement of the century, the house could have been a small settlement in size) in Miura City, Japan a couple months prior to the quarantine. He stepped foot into the household as a "international business associate representative", but his true purpose of entering this household and what exactly he does for them remains unclear even to him- the only hint of the Reathe's true objectives was something to do with attempting to purchase the blueprints to the BETAV Crisis's original virus, and him being a middle man to do their dirty work.

What does seem clear was that the quarantine was a slowly descent into madness for Silvio. He had never anticipated to have not even come close to finishing his task- despite 2 years having passed. There was simply no way for him to GIVE UP on this challenge either, once he became a kind of babysitter for the Reathe family's youngest daughter, Petunia and her stalker friend Poppy.... though he does prefer the term mentor. The only thing that seemed to give him any lingering hope of finishing his task for the Reathe's was the fact that he had gotten himself personally involved in the matter that he was sent to investigate.... becoming a BETA strain infected during a desperate attempt to finish his task and secure an Omega strain victim before they died, in which he failed miserably that night, sleeping the next few with a dangerous fever, but awakened with a new abilities and hope.
